Organizations around the world have been distracted.
Consumed with chastising women and pushing us to "be kind". Silencing us.
De-platforming us. Dis-inviting us. Ignoring us. Defunding us.
Openly mocking our concerns for our safety.
Pretending not to even know what a woman is. It's actually pretty easy. We're the ones being violated, trespassed upon, raped, and even murdered. Women and girls.
And now here we are, a press release from the United Nations:
More women and girls killed in 2022 even as overall homicide numbers fall, says new research from UNODC and UN Women

How much money are you contributing to keeping women safe?
You may want to start asking governments, communities, organizations, corporations and churches who insist that it is only proper and fair for women to give up the safe spaces that they need.....How much money are you contributing to keeping women safe?
If you are even moderately familiar with numbers like these....No smart & sane, woman without an axe to grind against other women -wants to entertain talk of removal of rights & safer spaces.
Until governments, communities, organizations, and corporations contribute in a meaningful way to reducing violence against women it is an *OUTRIGHT INSULT* to ask women, girls, and children to just hand over safer spaces and rights their female kinfolk fought mightily for.
No one is where they need to be when it comes to protecting women & girls, BUT allowing males to freely roam through designated female sex-based spaces is a step in a violent direction.
Males so rarely lose privileges and rights for the wrongs that they commit against women and children. So, for women, who contribute far more to this world than it will ever be able to return-to be asked to give up the few safeguards, protections, and opportunities for males-should be received as the true insult that it is.
Please notice that while we do not have
- enough shelters,
- enough rooms,
- enough beds,
While we can't shelter women and children for the time that it truly takes to start over....corporations have money to play with to advance the silencing of women.
When you ask women to give up what other women fought and died for....
How much money are you contributing to keeping women safe?
- To shelters that help women and families start over again?
- To girls athletic teams and programs?
- To homeless women and their families?
- To women with disabilities to replace broken or damaged equipment?
- To childcare so that women can work for their families and go to school?
- To women who may need a car to attend school or work for to gain more independence?
- To women who were sexually assaulted in the military to have funding for their needs as they seek therapy and heal?
- Matter of fact, for ALL of the millions of women to have funding for their needs as they seek therapy and heal?
No one has a right to approach women to give up anything in these times when so little to nothing is being done about the violence, harassment, and abuse that we and our children face.
Consider calling the "askers" with all this audacity out.
As violent as this world is right now, asking women to "be kind" is offensive.
