
My name is Tonya GJ Prince. I am a subject matter expert (SME) in domestic violence and sexual violence with 25 years of experience.
I am committed to helping people heal, understand, and overcome domestic and sexual violence.
To accomplish these goals, I serve as an author, activist, advocate, Survivor, speaker, counselor, & mentor. In order to address extreme and harmful misunderstandings about domestic & sexual violence; I founded WESurviveAbuse.com, BraidtheLadder.org, and SurvivorAffirmations.com (on hiatus).
My service emphasis has been dedicated to; crisis counseling, education, centering the voices of victims and cross-cultural empathy and storytelling.
Finally, as a Survivor of child rape, I am passionate about intentional healing.
Along with numerous certifications, I hold earned a BS in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield College.
