Hello sisters, this is a self-love meditation that I really channeled. Black women need to practice self-love regularly– listen to this meditation or use it to create your own nurturing practice. Self love is so important for all women but as black women we are often under additional stresses and pressures. This is a great way to give yourself what you need to power through your days goddess!
